Even if it is pricey compared to other laptops of similar size and specifications, it provides unparalleled construction feature and ease of use. Compared to the Unibody Macbook, this model provides firewire 800 and an upgraded battery. This fastidious model has a 2.26ghz processor, 2gb ram, and a 160 gb harddrive.

it depends on what ur gonna do with it. if ur doing basic material (internet, email, homework etc) then i reccomend the white unibody macbook. if ur a gamer then the macbook pro. the white one has a larger hardrive of 250 gb though. I am a junior in highschool and i hav the white macbook and like it so much

@ecurules With a ssd of way, its a pain in the A** in 2010 use 5400 rpm hard drives for the OS…even ubuntu and other linux distributions have the same issue

The warranty isn’t void if you unscrew the screws on the back to replace a in tears!

it DOES not VOID your warranty. It only voids it if there is reasons to believe you caused the issue with the install
I got one last Saturday here in UK, I like it, 2.53Ghz and I upgraded it to 8GB RAM & will be adding my 500GB hard guide from my ancient white macbook

I’m schooling to “Go mac” waiting for macbook pro 13.3 to come with Snow leopard… I’m switching to mac from windows..
The harddrive and RAM is soothe user upgradable. You just can’t replace or remove the battery. You do NOT void the warranty as long as you don’t break the sign that is wedged to that battery particularly.
When you go Mac, you never come back
I bought a a MBP last week and i like it, It’s my first mac and i don’t reflect i’ll be inane back to windows after using OS X
